What's New: September Release Notes

This month’s release marks the launch of the Person 2.0 Model. Built by our AI team, this is a major milestone in our long-term effort to strengthen the quality and connectivity of identity data across the Co-op.

Person Model 2.0 has brought some material advancements:

Expanded Linkages

+16.7% increase in Universal Person (UP) linkages this month
+21% cumulative growth in LinkedIn-to-business email linkages since July
Business Impact: improves b2b onboarding and more accurate IP-to-Company linkages

Improved Accuracy

Median Jaro-Winkler Similarity for First & Last Names: 92 for business emails, 98 for LinkedIn identifiers
Jaro-Wrinkler Similarity Metric: A measure of how closely two strings match on a scale from 0 (completely dissimilar) to 100 (exact match).
Business Impact: Higher confidence that the right identifiers are tied to the right person resulting in high-level of accuracy in linkages

Increased Data Volume

+3.5% growth in business email coverage
Business Impact: Ensures fresher, broader reach into professional audiences

Q4 Roadmap and Impact Updates

With the Person 2.0 Model now live, our next focus is extending the same methodology to our company data and model in Q4, while also introducing new products.

Company Insights & Technographics (BETA): This new product is now in beta. It will offer details like business summaries, social links, funding information, acquisitions, and tech stacks to provide a deeper understanding of companies. Please reach out to your sales representative for more information.

Company Model 2.0: After the successful update to our Person Model, we will be shifting our focus to a similar exercise for our company firmographics, with a specific emphasis on small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs). This will be a priority for us over the next few months.
